The breathwork room with rust arches, mirrors and draped ceiling

The Studio

A quiet room, held for you. One street back from the water in Cotton Tree, with space all around you.

1A/7 The Esplanade · Cotton Tree, Maroochydore

Nothing to prepare. Everything to receive.

Your breath has been with you since your very first moment. It is the most natural thing you have, and the simplest way back to a calm and a balanced nervous system.

The room is built around that. Low ambient light, natural materials, Calm Buddhi meditation futons, bolsters and pillows, a soft rug, eye pillows and natural blankets. Every session is capped at 12, so there’s space all around you. Arrive as you are.

Capped at 12

What’s waiting for you

Bring yourself and a water bottle. Everything else is already here, set out before you arrive.

Calm Buddhi futons

A proper surface to lie on for the length of the session, not a thin mat on a hard floor.

Bolsters & pillows

If lying flat is uncomfortable, tell us and we’ll prop you so you’re properly supported.

Natural blankets

Bodies cool during the rest at the end, even when the room is warm.

Eye pillows

On every futon. Most people use them; nobody will be looking anyway.

A chosen soundscape

Music carries the arc of each session and gives your nervous system something to move with.

Low, ambient light

Soft enough to let go, light enough to find your way to the door.

Trav Wiffen, founder of Breathation

Founder OF BREATHATION

Meet Trav

Trav Wiffen is a global breath catalyst and the visionary founder of Breathation, with over 25 years of immersive exploration in breathwork and meditation across the planet. Having apprenticed with some of the world’s most revered masters, Trav has distilled a unique practice that transcends technique—it is a harmonic return to self.

As a Breath Catalyst, Trav guides individuals into a state of deep coherence and heart-centred presence. His method transforms breath and thought into a slow, rhythmic symphony—eschewing rapid or forceful techniques in favour of gentle, resonant stillness. This creates a sanctuary of safety and connection, where one’s true essence can be met and embodied.

Through Breathation, Trav offers not just a practice, but a portal—a return to the sacred geometry of one’s own being.

“Our promise is to hold a safe, sacred and practical space where you can remember who you truly are.”

Trav Wiffen Love fully. Live whole.

Kind words

“The impact of the session was profound. I felt lighter, calmer, and more able to handle emotionally charged situations with composure. I just feel so much lighter.”

Dennis, retreat participant

“In such a short window of time I felt the tension leave my jaw, shoulders and back. The session left me feeling zen and centred.”

Aleesha

“The work we did together helped me reconnect with parts of myself I thought were lost forever. I feel more whole than I have in years.”

Michael

“It created a sense of elevation, confidence, calm, and control. I felt more conscious and ready to set intentions.”

Leah

Everyone’s experience is their own. Breathwork sits alongside medical and psychological care, never instead of it.
