The Classes
Five guided sessions, from a gentle 45-minute first taste to the full three-hour journey. Phases, not levels. Start gently, then come to whichever one meets you that week.

Start here
First Breath
A gentle, fully guided introduction to conscious connected breathing. Feel the breath, build trust, and find out how your body responds before you commit to two or three hours.
Time afterwards to ask anything, or simply sit with how you feel. Even experienced breathers who are new to how we work often start here.
Who it’s for: everyone
You may feel: gentle stillness
Your first session, of any length, is $22.
Phases, not a ladder
Once you have a feel for the practice, come to whichever session matches what you need that week. Some people only ever do Release & Return. Some come back to First Breath for years.
Origin
Stillness & Source
Grounding, inner silence, and connecting to the source within. Gentle breath awareness, body scans and long pauses, with space to rest and notice the quiet underneath.
You may feel: deep inner silence
Some experience
Inhale
Spiral of Expansion
Deep, sustained inhales and conscious retention, in rounds that build slowly before opening into a long stretch of stillness to close.
You may feel: breath as movement
Letting go
Exhale
Release & Return
Letting go and returning to coherence. Long, controlled exhales, vocal toning and a rhythmic release of tension, held with care and followed by an unhurried return.
You may feel: symbolic collapse
Been before
Complete spiral
Full Breath Journey
The whole arc: origin, expansion, release and return. Arriving, a long guided journey through every phase, and plenty of time to come back to yourself.
You may feel: timelessness
Experienced breathers
“You may feel” lists what people most often notice in each session. They’re invitations to notice what’s moving through you, not goals to chase.
Which one is for me?
Three hours is a long time to discover a practice doesn’t agree with you. Here’s the honest guide.
01
I’ve never done breathwork
Start with First Breath. It’s short, gentle, and built for people who’ve never done this. Most people arrive the same way.
02
I’ve breathed elsewhere
If you know how you respond, book what you like. First Breath is still a good way to learn how we guide.
03
I’ve been here before
Come to whichever session matches the week you’re having. There’s no order to follow and no level to reach.
Good to know
Everything is provided. You bring yourself, and we look after the rest.

What to bring
Just yourself and a water bottle. Futons, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows are all here.
What to wear
Something comfortable to lie down in, and layers. Bodies cool during the rest. Avoid tight waistbands.
When to arrive
10 minutes early. Doors close at the start time, so give yourself longer than you think.
Health first
Everyone completes a short health declaration before their first class. It stays confidential.
Eating
Something light an hour or two before is ideal. Avoid a heavy meal, and don’t arrive hungry.
Passes & pricing
Drop-in: First Breath $22, Stillness & Source $33, Spiral of Expansion $44, Release & Return $55, Full Breath Journey $66. Your first session, of any length, is $22.
Find your time
Live times and places for every session. If it’s your first time, look for First Breath.
Choosing a session
Questions about safety, health or pregnancy are answered in full on the FAQ.
Can I jump straight into a longer session?
If you’ve done breathwork before and know how you respond, yes. If you haven’t, please start with First Breath. The longer sessions assume a familiarity with your own responses that only comes from having done it.
Do I have to work through them in order?
No. They’re phases, not levels, and there’s no ladder to climb. Once you’ve got a feel for the practice, come to whichever one matches what you need that week.
Some people only ever do Release & Return. Some come back to First Breath for years. Neither is doing it wrong.
How long is the actual breathing part?
It varies by session. In a 45-minute First Breath you might breathe actively for 20 minutes; in a 3-hour Full Breath Journey, considerably longer, in phases with rest between them.
A significant part of every session is lying still afterwards. The integration isn’t padding. It’s where a lot of the work lands.
What if I don’t feel anything?
Also completely normal, especially the first time.
Some people have a dramatic first session. Others notice almost nothing until they’re driving home, or until the next morning, or until the third session. Not feeling much doesn’t mean it isn’t working, and chasing a sensation is usually what stops it arriving.
Do you offer private one-to-one sessions?
Yes. They’re 90 minutes and $199, and you book them through our booking system.
